VERY CLEAN- Class "A" Rating from Nassau County Dept. of Health ! Nice large Menu ! Some new items that you've never tried before keeps it exciting to eat here, you read the menu while waiting for your sandwich and think "I'm gonna try that next time I'm here". The daily hot plates are not standard, so there's always a special surprise for lunch ! The staff is very nice, polite, attentive, and will bend over backwards for you ! You can taste the freshness in every meal here. Very Fresh bread and rolls makes the difference on a sandwich. "ONE" stop here for chow and you'll be back for sure ! The coffee is delicious (they keep the coffee machine scrupulously clean), and you wouldn't think that's important until you finish your cup and think "Man, what a great cup of coffee ! Maple ave deli, NEVER disappoints !

LOVE that this deli is so close to home. I stopped here for the first time the day I viewed the house I now live in, and remember thinking "it would be great if we can eat from this deli a lot." Their paninis are great and LARGE. They're essentially pressed heroes. I love the buffalo chicken panini. It uses buffalo chicken cold cuts, so it's not fried. They also have a decent drink selection and snacks, too. Their pasta salads are solid, and they're always kind. Good with custom sandwich orders. My main negative would be their hours. I'm sure that given their proximity to the train station that their clientele tends to be commuters. Because of this they are open early mornings until just the mid-afternoon on weekdays, early morning until just after noon on Saturdays, and are fully closed on Sundays.

Nicest employees! No skimpy sandwiches and they are pretty good with remembering to remove/add ingredients if requested. Not overpriced like other local delis. Their panini's are huge because they are on a hero that is then pressed. My food is always ready when I get there if I order ahead first. They also deliver!

Excellent sandwiches. Got the chicken in a pocket. Bacon was crispy and veggies were fresh.
